Agnes Sarah Frank

Columbiana- Agnes Sarah Frank, 90, of Woodvale Lane, passed away at 5pm, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at her home.Mrs. Frank was born June 3, 1924 in Donora, Pa., a daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Little) Mullen, and had lived most of her life in the area.Agnes was a registered nurse and had worked as a psychiatric nurse at Woodside Receiving Hospital for 30 years.She was a member of the First Christian Church in Columbiana and an animal lover, enjoying her dogs and cats.Mrs. Frank was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Frank, and by her brother, Walter Mullen.Agnes is survived and will be dearly remembered by her daughter, Karen Kotrba, with whom she lived; siblings, Betty (Ed) Grier of Lisbon, Margaret "Peg" Wallace of East Palestine, Edward (Marjorie) Mullen of Leetonia, and Francis "Fritz" Mullen of Lisbon; granddaughter, Anne (Paul) Gaffney of San Rafael, California; and 15 nieces and nephews.A Memorial Celebration and time of fellowship will be held from 1pm to 5pm, Saturday, March 14, 2015 in the "Slak Shak" room at Kent State University, East Liverpool Branch, 400 East State Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.The Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home is assisting the family with her arrangements.The family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
