Delores Faye Limpose

Huntsville, Alabama-Delores Faye Limpose, 74, of Birchwood Drive, formerly of Salem, passed away August 6, 2016 at her home.Ms. Limpose was born July 6, 1942 in Salem, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ernest Menning and the late Florence (Bebout) Warner, and had lived in the Salem area most of her life until moving to Huntsville to be closer to her family.A 1959 graduate of Salem High School, Delores worked for 14 years at the former A&P Warehouse in Salem and then 23 years with American Standard, retiring in 2005.She was also a former member of the Salem First Friends Church.Delores is survived by her daughter, Loretta Mattix and her husband, Greg of Huntsville, Alabama; son, John Limpose and his wife, Terri of McGregor, Texas; and grandchildren, Grant Mattix and his wife, Jessica, and Garrett Mattix, both of Huntsville, and Kristen Limpose of Atlanta.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancée of 30 years, Fred H. Wimer on February 27, 2008.Committal services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 3, 2016 in the Lisbon Cemetery Chapel, 1 Elm Street, with the Rev. Herbert E. DeLong officiating.
