Dolores G. Kastner

Lisbon- Dolores G. Kastner, 81, of Sunset Drive, passed away peacefully at 12:50pm, Monday, December 22, 2014 at Salem Regional Medical Center following a recent illness.Ms. Kastner was born May 19, 1933 in Mount Pleasant, PA, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Sarah (Kuczkowski) Grabiak. Dolores had lived in Lisbon for the past 55 years, coming from the Chicago area. She worked 31 years for the Columbiana County Department of Job and Family Services as a Child Support Specialist, retiring in 2002.Dolores was a member of St. George Catholic Church. She loved to read, knit, and spend time on her iPad and was also an avid card player and member of the Ami Eight Card Club. She will be sadly missed and dearly remembered by her family and many friends. She is survived by her daughters, Denise Kastner of Lisbon, Carol Hartman of Wyomissing, PA, and Karen White and her husband, Dave of Wadsworth, Ohio; her sons, Mark Kastner and his wife Sheila of Lisbon and Mike Kastner and his companion, Rachel Shelley of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her sister, Eileen Klug and her husband, David of Nashville, TN; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am, Saturday, December 27, 2014 at St. George Catholic Church, 271 West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, with Father Robert Edwards officiating.
