Judith Lynn "Judy" Baker

Lisbon-Judith Lynn "Judy" Baker, 79, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 24, 2019.Mrs. Baker was born March 18, 1940, one of 11 children born of the late John and Grace Marie (Haney) O'Neill. A 1958 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, Judy worked as a clerk for almost 20 years at the Columbiana County Auditor and Treasurer offices.A Catholic by faith, Judy enjoyed gardening, sewing, and making hand crafts. She was a very modest and giving person who was very family oriented.She is survived by her husband, Ronald W. Baker, whom she married October 11, 1962. The two met while working at the former Manos Theatre, which was owned by Judy's sister and her husband. Also surviving are her daughter, Dawn (Mac) McTighe of Reminderville, Ohio; her son, Chris (Paula Steele) Baker of Columbus; her sister, Carol Cody of Olney, Maryland; and many, many nieces and nephews.In addition her parents, she was also preceded in death by her 4 sisters and 5 brothers. A memorial visitation will be held from 12pm to 2pm, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
