Lisbon-Althea L. Crowl, 91, of State Route 45, passed away peacefully at 11:51pm, Wednesday. January 4, 2017 at her home.Mrs. Crowl was born July 3, 1925 in Marietta, Ohio; a daughter of the late Roy E. and Alpha (Grady) Barnes.A 1943 graduate of Leetonia High School, Althea was a homemaker and had attended the former Lisbon Community Church.Her husband, Neal Edward Crowl, preceded her in death October 9, 2010, as well as her son, Gary Crowl; infant sister, Auneka Barnes; and brothers, Roy and Gene Barnes.She is survived and will be dearly missed by her daughter, Elaine (Robert) Deal of Lisbon; sons, Neal (Janie) Crowl, Jr. of Salem, Sam (Carolyn) Crowl of Troy, MI, Blaine (Glennda) Crowl of Columbiana, and Tim (Lori) Crowl of Lisbon; sisters, Sue (Bill) Reynolds and Donna (Ray) Lawrence, both of Lisbon; brothers, Jack Barnes of Portland, Oregon and Don Barnes of Salem; 17 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at noon, Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home with Pastor Jay Radman officiating.
