Lisbon- Joy E. Tuttle, 58, of Maple Street, passed away peacefully at 8:50am, Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center following a courageous 10 year battle with breast cancer.Joy was born December 1, 1957 in Salem, a daughter of the late Alva and Elizabeth (Reynolds) Conn and had lived most of her life in the Lisbon area.She was a 1976 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School.Following Joy's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.The family suggests that donations be made in Joy's memory to Breast Cancer Research at the Magee-Womens Research Institute in Pittsburgh at www.mageewomens.org.
