Lake Tomahawk-"Tag" William Terrence Lewis Sr., 62, of Tomahawk Drive, passed away at 9:36pm, Monday, July 2, 2018 at the Queen Elizabeth Health Services Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia following a sudden heart attack.Mr. Lewis was born March 2, 1956 in Salem, Ohio, the son of the late Raymond E. and Bettie Lee (Kenneweg) Lewis.Tag was the president of Pipelines, Inc. of East Liverpool and a member of AWWA, WASDA, WEFTEC, GAVS Board, Lake Tomahawk Property Owners Association, numerous Township Associations, Corvette Club of America, and the OCA. He also contributed to The American Cancer Society, Toys for Tots, and numerous local school sporting organizations. He was also a member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Lisbon.Tag is survived and will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Marybeth (Kozel) Lewis, whom he married November 26, 2009; daughter, Ursula Lewis of Lisbon; son, William Terrence Lewis Jr. of Gahanna, Ohio; stepsons, Hunter (Breann) Thompson and Hudson Thompson and Chasey Wain, all of Calcutta; step grandson, Weston Thompson; sisters, Renee (Michael Spirtos) Lewis of New York, NY and Stevie (Kim) Halverstadt of Lisbon.In addition to his parents, Tag was also preceded in death by his son, Todd Raymond Lewis.Private funeral services will be held at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 with Rev. Harry Fox officiating. Private burial will take place at the Lisbon Cemetery Thursday morning.Public visitation will be held from 2pm to 8pm, Monday, July 16th and from 2pm to 8pm, Tuesday, July 17th at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home, Lisbon.
