Bobby was born November 28, 1983 in Washington County, Pennsylvania and was the son of the late Henry Lee Ward and the late Corinna Frances Irene (David) Carbene.
His wife, Sara (Knight) Armstead, passed away August 10, 2023.
He leaves his two sons, Xavier and Kyden Armstead of Rogers.
