East Palestine-Charlene (Hartman) Seeley, 68, formerly of Lisbon, passed away quietly at her home on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
Charlene was born April 3, 1956 in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl and Wilma (Grobsky) Hartman.
She had worked as a clerk at JoAnn Fabrics for many years and she loved doing various crafts.
A presbyterian by faith, she was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed going fishing.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, William Fox and Don Seeley; sister, Maxine Seeley; brother, Carl Hartman Jr.; and grandsons, Braiden Canter and Konner Fox.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Frank (Lisa) Brenner, Shanon Fox, Dale (Angel) Fox, Christopher (Joni) Seeley, Penelope (William) Canter and Jennifer (Jason) Shaw.
Charlene is also survived by her sisters, Marlene Nolder and Darlene Kirkpatrick; grandchildren, Daniel (Alana) Fox, Hunter (Tylar) Fox, Deven (RayLynn) Fox, Emma (Bobby) Lockhart, Hayley (Jonathan) Shaw, Brandon Ladigo, Kadence Canter, Cameron Seeley, Carmen (Sarah) Canter, Grant Seeley, and Nickolas Shaw; several nieces, nephews, and other family members; as well as many friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Monday, October 7, 2024 in the chapel at Tod Homestead Cemetery, 2200 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 with burial following in the cemetery.
The family will receive guests from 3pm to 5pm Sunday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
