Charles Lee Davis, Jr.

Charles Lee Davis, Jr., 59, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the Scenic Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Millersburg, Ohio.

Charles was born August 12, 1966 in Salem, Ohio, a son of Charolette L. (Wellman) Davis and the late Charles Lee Davis.

He was a 1984 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, where he was also known as Elmo. Following graduation, Charles enlisted in the U.S. Army during peacetime and later graduated from college with a degree in Nursing. He then went on to work as a Nurse at the Troy Bowling Campus of the VA Medical center in Lexington, Kentucky.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Maryssa Davis; his aunts, Shirley Miller and Linda Todd; as well as many cousins and other family members.

In addition to his father, Charles was also preceded in death by his Uncle David Wellman.

A memorial service will be held at the Lisbon Cemetery Chapel at a later date.
