Lisbon- Chelsea Marie Miller, 35, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2026 in the emergency room at Salem Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Chelsea was born June 7, 1990 in Salem, the daughter of Donald Miller and Lorrie (Shaffer) Malone and had lived all of her life in the area.
A 2009 graduate of Beaver Local High School, Chelsea attended the Columbiana County Career Center, where she studied Culinary Arts.
She loved to cook, bake, and had been assisting with a cooking class at the Columbiana Library. She also enjoyed crafting and had been assisting with a craft making class at the Lisbon Library. Chelsea also had a soft heart for animals and will be dearly remembered for bringing home stray cats and dogs and providing a safe and loving home for them.
Chelsea is survived and will be deeply missed by her mother and father, Lorrie and Larry Malone; her father and mother, Donald and Joy Miller; her fiancé, Ryan Davis; her sister, Tracie Duffield; her beloved dog, Penny; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and many friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her very much.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from noon until 3pm, Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
