Derek A. Dennison Salem-Derek Andrew Dennison, 7 months, passed away unexpectedly at 12:05am, Friday, July 23, 2010 in the emergency room at Salem Community Hospital. Derek was born December 23, 2009 in Salem, the son of Greg Dennison, Jr. and Miranda Todd. He is also survived by his sisters, Aubrey and Alexia Dennison; brother, Cole Reed; maternal grandmother, Melinda Todd of Lisbon, maternal grandfather, Kim Reed of Muldrow, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, Greg and Vickie Dennison, Sr. of Lisbon; maternal great grandmother, Rita Heim of Lisbon; maternal great grandfather, David Todd of Lisbon, and many aunts and uncles. Private services were held Monday in the Lisbon Cemetery Chapel with the Rev. Herbert E. DeLong officiating. Burial followed in Lisbon Cemetery.
