Jeffrey A. Rogers

Hanoverton- Jeffrey A. Rogers, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

Jeff was born August 17, 1961 in Salem, the son of Fred A. Rogers and the late Donna Jean (Lottman) Rhodes.

A graduate of United Local High School, Jeff was a truck driver and equipment operator and had attended church at Bethesda Presbyterian Church.  He was also a member of the Buckeye Van Association.

Jeff is survived by his father and stepmother, Fred and Sylvia Rogers; son, Anthony Dawes; and grandchildren, Bailey, Brooklin, and Kayden.

In addition to his mother, Jeff was also preceded in death by his longtime companion, Peggy Houchins.

Private calling hours and a prayer service were held for the family at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.  Jeff was laid to rest at Grove Hill Cemetery.
