Lisbon-Jerry A. Frankford, 76, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Salem Regional Medical Center following complications of pneumonia.
Jerry was born May 24, 1948 in Salem, a son of the late John and Virginia (McCord) Frankford and had lived in Lisbon all of his life.
A Presbyterian by faith, he was a truck driver and retired from Frito-Lay. Jerry was an avid hunter and former member of the Columbiana County Archery Association and the Columbiana Fish and Game Club.
Jerry also proudly served our country as a member of the U.S. Army.
He is survived and will be dearly missed by his wife, Patricia L. (Reed) Frankford, whom he married January 13, 1966; daughters, Pamela (Jeff) Estes and Nadine Kale; son, James Frankford; sister, Carolyn Hunt; grandchildren, Eric Barron, Mark Barron, Coleen (JR) Corman, Bryan Barron, Harlie Kale, and Eva Frankford; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Jerry was also preceded in death by his half-brothers, Archie Bower, William “Catfish” Frankford, and Jack Frankford.
Following his wishes, no calling hours or services will be observed.
