Columbiana-K. Lucille (Stock) Brown Parsons, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Hospice of the Valley’s Hospice House at the age of 95.

She had lived in Minnesota from 1975 until returning back to the area in 1997, when she and her husband, George purchased their home in Columbiana, sight unseen.
A 1947 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, Lucille was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She had attended the Church of Christ in Columbiana, was an avid card player, enjoyed playing games, senior bus trips, and traveling. Two memorable trips were to Israel and to Alaska.
Her husband, George A. Parsons, whom she married September 6, 1975, preceded her in death February 20, 2024. She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband, George B. Brown, Sr; son, George B. Brown, Jr.; sisters, Betty Randolph, Dorothy Fowler, and Lavina Mae Brown; brother, Clyde W. Stock; and by her grandsons, Shayne Griffin, Nicholas Wolf, and Brock Griffin.
