Marion Mable Grimes

Lisbon-Marion Mable Grimes, 85, passed away peacefully at home early Wednesday morning.She was born September 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Ance and Martha Esther (Howard) Hill.Marion was a life-long resident of Lisbon. She worked at the Bacon and Cibula clinic for many years, before retiring. She then worked at the Columbiana County Jail eventually retiring again. Marion also was a Senior Aid at Family and Community Services Inc. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her brother, Richard "Itchy " Hill of Leetonia; son, Eric Grimes and daughter, Trina René Grimes, both of Lisbon; stepson, Lyonel Grimes of Columbus; stepdaughters, Cheryl Grimes and Mildred Gurley, both of Alliance; nieces, Joanna Duplessis of Alliance, Bernice Block of Columbiana, Sandy Hill of Salem, and Tracey Hill Watts of Mississippi; nephews, Peter Hill of South Carolina and Tommy Block of North Carolina; cousins, Grace Howard of Alliance and Eva Latierre of Florida; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
