Milton S. "Cory" Marple, IV

Lisbon- Milton S. “Cory” Marple IV, 26, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at his home.

Cory was born January 12, 1999 in Salem, the son of Milton S. Marple III and Bobbie Jo Elizabeth Husain.

A 2018 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School, Cory worked at various jobs throughout the area and had attended church at the Lisbon Assembly of God.

He enjoyed playing chess, playing his Xbox, being outdoors, hunting, camping, jet skiing, playing his guitar, and attending music festivals.

Cory leaves to cherish his memory his father, Milton S. Marple, III of Lisbon; his mother and stepfather, Bobbie Jo Elizabeth and Amer Husain of Canton; his sisters, Madison Davis on Canton and her children, Darrell and Hendrix, and Alexis (Kyle) Dave of Canton and her daughter, Anastesa; paternal grandparents, Hurkus and Freeda Combs of Lisbon; maternal grandmother, Barb Smith of Damascus; his aunts and uncles, Robin (Joe) Bertin of Boardman, Dawn Marple of Denmark, Bilynda (Jeff) Linam of Salem, Bonnie (Matthew) Taulbee of Lisbon, Ashley (Ramsey) Wellman of Canton, Steve (Deanna) Davis of Boardman, and Rebecca Davis of Alliance, his cousins, Joey, Alex, Anton, Justin, Caleb, Gabrielle, Kayla, Tyler, Katelyn, Cody, Jeffrey, Erika, Chloe, Ellie, MJ, and Preston; as well as the love of his life, his girlfriend, Heather Middaugh of Wellsville; along with many other loving family members and friends.

Cory was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Milton S. “Corky” Marple, Jr. and maternal grandfather, Darrell Smith.

A memorial service celebrating Cory’s life will be held at 5pm, Sunday, September 7, 2025 at the Lisbon Assembly of God Church, 39442 State Route 517, Lisbon, Ohio 44432.

The family will receive family and friends from 3pm until the time of services on Sunday at the church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
