Richard Allen Lips

Lisbon-Richard Allen Lips, 51, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 3, 2025 in the emergency room at the Salem Regional Medical Center.

Richard was born on January 8, 1974 in Akron, the son of Janice Kitterman and worked as a shopping cart attendant at the East Liverpool Walmart.

He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan, enjoyed going fishing, spending time at the beach, going to amusement parks and swimming at the Lisbon Pool.

Richard was a special fun-loving guy, who will be remembered by his friends, whom he considered as his family.
